2011 Sparkling Pinot Noir
Made in the traditional method and bottle fermented with a minimum of four years lees maturation. A delicate and dry sparkling wine with an intense fruit bouquet and distinct Pinot Noir characteristics. Creamy bubbles enhance the sustained power of the rich flavours on the palate.

WHITE WINES
2014 Semillon
This single vineyard wine was fermented in stainless steel with a brief maturation period in new French oak to produce a wine of both freshness and complexity. Lifted citrus aromatics dominate the palate which is complemented by careful use of oak. This wine can be enjoyed now or allowed to mature with medium to long term cellaring.

2018 Field Blend – Semillon, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay
A dry wine displaying lifted citrus blossom on the nose. The palate is light and creamy showing peach, marmalade and citrus characters finishing with a hint of oak. Perfect to enjoy now but will also benefit from medium to long term cellaring.

2013 Classic White (Chardonnay 60% Semillon 40%)
This dry, fruity blend was fermented in stainless steel with a short maturation in seasoned French oak, producing a wine of freshness and complexity. Peach and lemon dominate the palate while the oak gives it body and rounds out the finish. Bottled in May 2013, this wine will continue to improve with age.

2014 Forest Fruits – Gewurztraminer
This is a wonderful early drinking semi-sweet white wine made from 100% Gewurztraminer grown in the cooler climate of the Bickley Valley. The aroma shows floral, rose petal and lychee characters while on the palate floral, passionfruit and lychee flavours dominate. Perfect to enjoy with spicy dishes, strong cheeses or as an aperitif.

RED WINES
2017 Rosé
Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this delightful soft red wine shows an array of red berry summer fruit characters on the nose following through on the palate. Finishing soft and dry, this wine is best appreciated chilled.

2014 Cabernet Merlot Blend
Made from estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%) varieties to produce a full bodied wine having a hint of eucalyptus and blackcurrant characters, together with violet and earthy aromas. Matured in French and American oak for 12 months before bottling in March 2015. Good drinking early but will benefit from medium to long term cellaring.

2015 Cabernet Sauvignon
Made from estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon (90%) and Merlot (10%), this full bodied wine shows distinct eucalyptus and strong blackcurrant flavours coupled with well balanced tannins and a soft smokiness. Matured in French and American oak for 21 months before bottling in December 2016, this wine will benefit from medium to long term cellaring.

Made from 100% estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon. A full bodied wine emphasised with strong berry aromas and followed with blackcurrent and chocolate characters that linger on the palate amongst soft tannins.
